We look forward to welcoming you back to Victor’s Café. We have been implementing safety and sanitary details throughout the restaurant in an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and guests alike.
A few things to know:
Due to the Mayor's vaccine mandate, starting September 13, 2021, we will require all guests over the age of 12 to show proof that they are vaccinated in order to dine indoors. Our staff are required to be vaccinated as well.
Proof of vaccination accepted includes your physical vaccination card, photo of your vaccination card, Excelsior Pass, the Key to NYC Pass, or an equivalent government-provided digital record. Photo identification bearing the same identifying information as the proof of vaccination is also required.
No mask; no problem if vaccinated. We ask that all guests that are not vaccinated wear masks that cover their noses and mouths when entering the restaurant to use the restrooms or other.
We implemented a clean and sanitation of all tables and chairs before guests are seated and again when guests finish.
We are conducting health precautions: each of our employees is getting their temperature checked daily and are submitting to a health screening prior to entering the building each day. Anyone who doesn’t pass the screen is asked to return home.
Every member of our staff in the kitchen and in the dining area will be wearing facial coverings.
We have conducted a thorough upgrade of our heating, ventilation, and air installing a MERV 13 filtration system.
It is required that the restaurant collect the Name, Phone Number, and Address of one person in each party for contact tracing purposes.
There will be sanitizer available to all guests and staff situated throughout the restaurant. We have a sanitation agent that will be dedicated to cleaning and will be continuously wiping down high-touch areas and ensuring surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout the shift.
Our table arrangement will account for all social distancing requirements.
